Balletone®
 -Move to the beat in this beautiful, barefoot, cardio flow, blending fitness, ballet and yoga inspired movement. Class is low impact, variable intensity, and will leave you feeling like a dancer!


Barre - Barre Above® blends the latest exercise science with the principles of the Lotte Burke method (the genesis of the Barre movement) delivering a fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training in each workout. Designed for wide range of fitness levels, ages and bodies, complete with progressions so those new to fitness feel successful their first time and seasoned Barre enthusiasts will always feel challenged. Barre class combines barre work, Pilates, strength and resistance training, and stretching into a 45-55-minute class.  We focus on keeping the core strong and stable in a neutral position, while adding flexibility and range of motion through the arms and legs. This class is a low-impact, full-body workout.  Modifications are offered

Fluid Barre -   This low impact class helps improve posture, balance, range of motion and flexibility. This is a full-body workout using a dynamic combination of strengthening and stretching. The technique develops lean, strong and flexible muscles with immediate improvements to your posture. Perfect for all fitness levels, this program rebalances the body and unlocks tight joints. With a diverse music playlist accompanying each routine, this equipment-free workout leaves you feeling energized and healthy!

Barre Flow
Get ready to embrace the joy of movement and cultivate strength, flexibility, and confidence! No matter where you are on your fitness journey, this workout is designed to make you feel good from the inside out.

Barre Flow is a fusion of ballet-inspired movements & Pilates, set to a fun and motivating soundtrack. No dance experience or special equipment needed. Modify the movements to suit your own body, and remember, every step is a step toward a healthier and happier you.

Pilates - Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength movements. The technique emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscular balance. I take a contemporary approach to Pilates, bringing more flow into the movements so that you experience the perfect mix of strength, balance, mobility and flexibility. 
This class takes place on the mat. Props (such as a Pilates ball and light weights) are always be optional, not required. 
These classes are designed for all levels and are designed to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, relieve tension, and so much more.

Human Reformer - The Human Reformer class enables you to harness the potential of your own body as a human reformer, unlocking a new level of strength and flexibility. Resistance bands and small props will allow you to recreate traditional Pilates reformer exercises, tailoring them to your unique fitness goals and capabilities.


Essentrics® - The name “Essentrics” is based on a technique known as eccentric movement that strengthens muscles and frees up movement. This is a unique, challenging program where the benefits extend out to other movement practices and sports and makes everyday living easier by improving range of motion and posture, increasing flexibility and rebalancing the muscles in the body. (Essentrics classes cannot be recorded)
